A hybrid chirped pulse amplification system composed by the monolithic fiber pre-amplifier and a two-stage single-pass single crystal amplifier was demonstrated. maximum power of 68 W at repetition rate 100 kHz obtained. The laser pulses were amplified then compressed using 1600 line/mm grating pair compressor. short duration 358 fs 54 obtained kHz, corresponding to peak 1.508 GW, best our knowledge, this is highest ever from above due consideration third order dispersion which engraved in stretcher tuning capacity higher-order compensation Bragg grating. Additionally, beam quality better than 1.3 This high CPA with excellent comprehensive parameters will find various applications scientific research industrial applications.
